Biography
I work as an Associate Professor in musicology at the Department of Music, Art and Culture Studies. My expertise as a researcher lies in the fields of music psychology and music sociology. In addition to my research, the development of higher education and pedagogy are important to me, and I have been actively developing education in my own field in the roles of lecturer, degree program representative, and Vice Head of the Department responsible for education.
Research interests
I study emotional experiences related to music, the role of music in constructing and maintaining identity, and the connections between musical activities and well-being. I am also interested in the music sector as a field of work, especially from the perspectives of musicians' emotions, experiences, and professional identity.
