Biography

My research interests and expertise focus on educational leadership and the related competence development. In my dissertation research I examined student teachers' leadership competence development in initial teacher education. In my current work as a postdoctoral researcher in the EDUCA Flagship I primarily focus on the leadership competence development of formal leaders in early childhood education and basic education.
