Biography
I am a doctoral researcher in communication. Currently, I work as a project researcher in the SMARTS project (Sustainable Motivation and Remote Team Success). I am also a member of the CoCoDigi research group.
My research focuses on relational coworker communication in the context of hybrid work and artificial intelligence.
