Biography

I teach academic writing at Movi. AI literacy and the pedagogical use of AI are my areas of expertise, and I teach the use of AI to both students and staff. In addition, I have university-level development tasks related to AI. In addition to teaching, I am working on a doctoral dissertation.

Research interests

In my docoral research, I examine the mechanisms of sociospatial segregation combining linguistics, language technology, and urban studies. The aim of the research is to clarify the role of language use in the process of segergation in order to prevent socio-spatial inequality and develop cities that are more equal.

My research interests also include the development and utilization of Finnish language models, as well as AI literacy and the pedagogical use of AI in higher education.
