Biography

Olen arvioinnin tutkija, pääasiallisena tutkimuskohteenani oppimisen ja osaamisen arvioinnin toteutus perusopetuksessa. Tutkimustani rahoittaa Koneen Säätiö

Research interests

Tutkimukseni koskee oppimisen ja osaamien arviointia eri muodoissa ja ympäristöissä. Pyrin selvittämään, miten arviointi palvelisi oppimista, hyvinvointia ja tasa-arvoa, eikä ainakaan kääntyisi näitä tavoitteita vastaan. Olen tutkinut ja kehittänyt arviointia eri konteksteissa: peruskoulussa, yliopisto-opinnoissa, opettajankoulutuksessa ja opettajien täydennyskoulutuksessa.
