In a joint position of the University of Jyväskylä and the Football Association of Finland. I work at the intersection of football, research, and education, developing and coordinating the Football Association of Finland’s knowledge management and research activities in close collaboration with the association’s R&D experts. Alongside this, I teach and support dissertations at the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences and beyond. I also coordinate football-related research and development projects, with a strong focus on evidence-based practice, collaboration, and real-world impact. My work is driven by building strong bridges between science and practice — turning knowledge into decisions and action.
