Biography
I am a physical chemist whose expertise lies in (ultrafast) spectroscopy, photophysics, and nanoscience. In my current position as a staff scientist in Laserlab NSC, my work focuses on developing advanced spectroscopic and laser based methods for probing light-driven molecular and nanoscale processes, and investigating functional materials such as graphene, and molecular chromophores. In my research work I am combining experimental spectroscopy with the study of energy transfer, electron transfer, fluorescence, and other fundamental processes relevant to modern materials science, photochemistry, and optical technologies.
Research interests
My research intrests are mainly focused on ultrafast spectroscopy, photophysics, and nanoscience. In particular, I am interested in probing light-driven molecular and nanoscale processes, developing advanced spectroscopic methods, and investigating functional materials such as graphene and molecular chromophores relevant to modern materials science, photochemistry, and optical technologies.
