I plan and coordinate the activities of the Language Campus in collaboration with the Language Campus steering group. Language Campus is a joint effort between the Centre for Multilingual Academic Communication (Movi), the Department of Language and Communication Studies (KiVi), the Centre for Applied Language Studies (Solki), the language pedagogy section at the Department of Teacher Education (OKL), the Teacher training school (Norssi), and the Finnish Institute for Educational Research (KTL) at the University of Jyväskylä.
I am also enrolled in the doctoral program at the Department of Language and Communication Studies.
In my dissertation, I examine code-switching in French rap music. The research focuses on the identities and representations that are constructed and expressed through these multilingual texts. I use (critical) discourse analysis as the researh method.
