Research interests
My dissertation's working title is 'The Worklife Stop – A Bibliotherapy Group Supporting Workplace Wellbeing'. My data consists of texts and discussions generated in a biblio/poetry therapeutic occupational wellbeing group that I supervised. By analyzing them, I investigate whether biblio/poetry therapy helps to identify and manage work-related stressors – and thus respond to stress symptoms in a timely and preventive manner. An important perspective is the trauma-informed approach, which I also utilized in group facilitation.
