Biography

Saroj Koirala is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Social Sciences and Philosophy. His key research interests include theoretical and empirical analysis within global change, livelihood vulnerability, human migration, climate change adaptation, and sustainable agriculture. His doctoral project investigates the impacts of out-migration, with a focus on regions in the global south. His works examine the consequences of out migration on agrarian change, labor patterns, and gender relationships.
