Sini Pallasvuo

I graduated from the University of Turku in 2017 with a Master of Social Sciences degree, majoring in Social Policy and Social Work. In spring 2025, I completed a specialization programme in social work (specialization: Adult Social Work and Social Rehabilitation). I hold professional qualifications as a social worker, and during my approximately six-year career in social work, I have worked primarily in adult social work.

I began my doctoral studies at the University of Jyväskylä in August 2024. My doctoral research focuses on structural social work as a means of promoting equal participation. In addition to my doctoral research, I work part-time as a project researcher in the ORAS project.
