Research interests

My multidisciplinary research is essential for addressing complex issues related to the role of language in the integration of migrants into Finnish working life and for a better understanding of the dynamic processes of the labour market, from which migrants, especially migrant jobseekers, employers, various stakeholders as well as the scientific community can benefit.
