Sotiria Varis

Sotiria Varis, PhD, is a docent in professional identity and emotions. Her research interests include pre-service teachers’ competency development, educators’ negotiation of identity, educators’ professional agency, and emotions at the workplace. Her research focuses on teacher education, bilingual education, and doctoral education.
