Biography
Work is changing faster than most organisations can adapt. AI, data systems, and digital platforms are reshaping how people communicate, collaborate, and are managed creating new pressures that leaders often do not see coming until they become costly problems. I study these dynamics and help organisations anticipate, navigate, and benefit from them.
