My research interest is about functional components present in plants. My work revolves around several key aspects, including optimizing extraction techniques, evaluating bioactivities of the extracts, delving into the molecular-level characteristics of extracted components, and investigating how their activity can be enhanced through complexation with supramolecular receptors.
