JYU.Well Concept workshops and concept bank

To get the most out of your Summer School experience, we recommend you to take part in the social programme activities. This way you will get to know Jyväskylä and your fellow Summer School students and of course have a great time!

The programme consists of interdisciplinary courses in different fields of Humanities, Social Sciences, Business and Economics, Education and Sport and Health Sciences. All courses are taught in English and participation is free of charge.

Research in this area focuses on different aspects of belonging, crises and social change.

JYU.INTEGRA training and the guidance received during it will help students to continue in the degree studies they apply for afterwards.

At the interface of everyday well-being and clinical practice, the importance of therapeutic writing will be explored from different perspectives.

A deep understanding of the contexts of heritage and environments, a critical approach that questions and deconstructs normative meanings, and new theoretical, conceptual and methodological openings are central to research in this area.

Research in this area focuses on the forms and meanings of games, the interpretation of games, competitive gaming, the welfare effects of gaming and problem gambling.
