FAQ: submitting attachments after being admitted to a master's programme

Answers to frequently asked questions about submitting the officially certified copies of your educational documents, including the translations for master's students.

The documents must reach JYU by 16 July 3.00 p.m. UTC+3. Otherwise, the admission will be cancelled.

About translations

  • You are also required to submit a certified copy of the original language version of the document (unless the translation has been provided by the awarding institution).
  • The translation must be accurate and completed either by the awarding institution or an official translator.
  • Translations cannot be done by the applicant.
  • Country-specific requirements may apply to translations.
