Support for research projects

• Backup disk space, wiki workspace, web pages, etc. - service forms on the HelpJYU portal.
• For research data support services, contact the Open Science Centre (OSC).
• Scientific computing and data management services by CSC are available to the university's researchers.

• M365 Forms. Creating surveys with forms.
• Webropol.Survey software.
• REDCap. Survey software, with responses stored on the university’s own server. It is also suitable for storing sensitive research data.
• MyJYU AI Transcription Service. With this service, a researcher or student can record interviews using the MyJYU mobile app. The recording is securely sent to the university's data center, where it is transcribed and, if needed, translated into English using AI.
• SPSS. Statistical analysis of quantitative data.
• ATLAS.ti. Qualitative data processing and analysis.
• Researchvideo. Storage, transcription, and editing service designed for video and audio material. Also suitable for storing sensitive and confidential material without separate encryption.
• Statistical Advisory helps students, staff and researchers in the statistical data processing of quantitative research data (use of SPSS software, choice of statistical methods, interpretation of results).
