In connection with the conference, there will be an exhibition where you can promote and present your company face-to-face to conference participants as well as to the students and staff of the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences.
We expect about 200 participants (researchers, teachers, students, coaches, sports and fitness industry experts, etc.) on-site. We actively advertise the conference on social media and expect the conference website to attract many visitors from all over the world!
The program will allow plenty of time to explore the exhibition during the conference. The exhibition space is on the third floor of the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences building, immediately in front of the lecture hall (auditorium L304). Coffee breaks are located next to the exhibition area.
We offer you the possibility to take part in the exhibition for 500€ (+VAT), which includes:
- One table, two chairs, and an electrical connection (about 4 m²)
- Your company's logo will be published on the conference website, with a link to a website specified by your company
- The participation of two exhibitors in the conference (Regular)
If you would like more visibility, a short presentation for the conference programme, or other wishes or needs, these can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
For venue inquiries and reservations, please contact Juha Ahtiainen, conference chair, juha.ahtiainen@jyu.fi
