Contextualising Collaborative Leadership Across Europe: Stakeholder Perspectives
The focus of this 2025/2026 Calls, “Participatory Culture in Educational Institutions”, explores how diverse stakeholders - teachers and trainers, school heads, students, parents, policymakers, unions, education providers, NGOs, and community partners - co-create more inclusive, equitable, and participatory learning environments.
We are particularly interested in practices and research that show how different actors take part in leadership and decision-making processes, how their agency is recognised and supported, and how collaboration contributes to improving the quality, wellbeing, and resilience of educational communities.
What we're looking for
- Inspiring Practices showing how collaboration and collaborative leadership in educational institutions address current challenges in education and impact the educational community.
- Research Summaries that deepen understanding of participatory culture and multi-stakeholder collaboration in education.
