The European Education Month (EEM) 2026 is coming this March, and the Educational Leadership Network Europe (ELNE) is pleased to invite you to a four-part webinar series, taking place every Wednesday afternoon.

Together, these four webinars contribute directly to ELNE’s 2027 objectives:

  • creating tailored guidelines that reflect sectoral, regional, and stakeholder-specific realities across Europe, and
  • developing a self-assessment tool for collaborative leadership.

A sneak peek of the programme

Week 1 – Setting the Scene: Why Collaborative Leadership Matters
We open the European Education Month by reflecting on ELNE’s work so far and its future direction. EU-level policymakers will highlight the importance of collaborative leadership and pan-European networks in addressing today’s complex education challenges and encourage the ELNE community to actively use ELNE’s evidence and outputs in policy and system-level work.

Week 2 – From Pages to Practice: What Collaborative Leadership Looks Like on the Ground
Drawing on inspiring practices and research, we will explore how collaborative leadership works in real contexts, what impact it can have, and how research, practice, and policy can better inform one another.

Week 3 – From European Evidence to Leadership Insights
Building on the ET2025 Working Groups’ findings, this webinar translates European evidence into cross-cutting insights on educational leadership, exploring both common challenges and sector-specific realities across education systems.

Week 4 – Co-Creating the Future: Stakeholder Focus Groups
The series concludes with an interactive workshop bringing together different constituencies to deepen our shared understanding of collaborative leadership and to refine ELNE’s EU-level definition based on lived experience.
By participating, you are not only joining a conversation, you are helping shape the next phase of ELNE’s work.

📌 Full agendas will follow shortly.  For now, we warmly invite you to save the Wednesday afternoons of March and register below for this shared European reflection and co-creation process.
