Biography

I'm a postdoctoral researcher at the Centre of Excellence in Music, Mind, Body and Brain. I investigate how music and personalised technologies influence motivational, and behavioural responses in sport, exercise, and health contexts. My work integrates approaches from music psychology, sport and exercise science. I also contribute to the Research Council of Finland MPOWER project (2025–2028), where I coordinate interdisciplinary collaborations and research activities across the Department of Music, Art and Culture Studies, and the Faculty of Sport and Health Sciences.
