Project description
The project currently involves experimental trials examining time to exhaustion cycling and two pioneering systematic reviews exploring the cognitive processes of music listening during exercise, and the impact of music systems on physical activity.
Time-to-Exhaustion Cycling Trials:
This study investigates the effects of self-selected music on endurance performance, physiological efficiency, and affective responses during time-to-exhaustion cycling trials.
