Biography

I am a Senior Lecturer in Management and Leadership at the Open University of the University of Jyväskylä. My expertise lies in business ethics, responsible business, and organizational innovativeness. I am also involved in the development and pedagogical application of artificial intelligence within our unit. I am a member of the JYULearn Artificial Intelligence and Future Skills thematic group and serve on the Board of the European Business Ethics Network (EBEN).

Research interests

My research focuses on ethics and innovation in organizations. My research provides information to organizations on how nurturing ethical practices in work communities promotes the ability of the employees to create new, ideate and innovate.
