Organisational Ethics, Leadership and HRM (ETHOS)

The group focuses on organisational ethics and responsible working life. We promote research on the inclusion of diverse people in diverse work organisations. We will focus on factors that support and constrain opportunities for different people and groups (such as gender, ethnicity, age, etc.) in an organisational context. We are also interested in leadership and organisational culture. Research will be conducted in different work contexts and cross-cultural contexts.
