Biography

I study the history of Occupational Safety and Health of Mental Work as part of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Finland between late 1980's and 2010: how the law-based occupational safety and the surveillance of it has been defined, guided and controlled work-related (psychosocial) overload. There was the act which should had protect mental and physical health at work. Still the experience of work-related (psychosocial) overload has increased.

Research interests

Tutkin henkisen työn työsuojelun kehityskulkuja osana työsuojeluhallinnon toimintaa 1980-luvun lopusta 2010-luvun alkuun. Työturvallisuuslaki on vuodesta 1987 turvannut työntekijän henkisen terveyden, fyysisen ohella. Miten työsuojeluviranomainen on linjannut, toimeenpannut ja valvonut työturvallisuuslakia erityisesti henkisen työsuojelun osalta?
