Biography
I am a doctoral researcher at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, working in the Work and Organisational Psychology research group at the Department of Psychology. I work in the Academy of Finland–funded project Towards Future Careers: Meeting Career Demands and Advancing Sustainability through Ecosystem Collaboration (ToFuCa).
My dissertation examines how effective inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration is constructed between employees, management, and clients in everyday work practices. I focus on collaboration as both linguistic and material action, as a social and systemic phenomenon that emerges through interaction and organizational structures.
My academic background is both in general linguistics and work and organisational psychology. My work centres on qualitative, language‑oriented analysis such as discourse analysis.
