I am an experienced business professional with an EMBA, a PhD in medicine, and a MSc in natural sciences. My focus lies on impact creation and commercialization. I support researchers, innovators, and startup companies on their journey from research to international growth business. My mission is to develop this pathway and enable the creation of diverse revenue streams from science‑based scalable innovations, thereby strengthening Finland’s competitiveness, societal impact and wellbeing.

I have experience across research, public and private funding, and business, including:

• business development, entrepreneurship, and international trade
• investing (as a business angel and as a chief business development officer of an investment company) and public funding
• academic research
• creating and leading innovation and business ecosystems and their service development
• supporting deep‑tech innovations emerging from science on their path toward global markets and listing on the main market stock exchange.
