Biography

I work as a Senior Researcher at the Education for the Future (EDUCA) Flagship. I lead the KASVU follow-up study tracking student teachers at Finnish universities providing teacher education. My research and publications focus on teacher education, as well as the competencies, professional development, and recruitment of teachers.
