JYU declines in the Shanghai Ranking

The University of Jyväskylä was again included in the Shanghai Ranking (Academic Ranking of World Universities, ARWU). This year the ranking was 701–800, while it was 501–600 last year. Among Finnish universities, JYU was seventh.

Cormorant predation may reduce perch catches, especially close to breeding areas
