The participation fee includes access to the scientific program of the congress as well as refreshments during the poster sessions and coffee breaks. Lunches and the congress dinner are not included in the participation fee. Tickets for the congress dinner can be purchased at the time of registration, subject to availability (260 places). There are several campus lunch restaurants where participants can have lunch during the congress days.

Congress Dinner
The congress dinner will be held on Thursday, 11 June 2026, at Sataman Viilu (Satamakatu 10). The event begins with a welcome drink at 6:30 PM, followed by a delicious buffet dinner enjoyed in a summery lakeside setting. The informal and relaxed evening will conclude with a musical performance.
The congress dinner includes a buffet featuring fish and vegetarian dishes with dessert, a welcome drink, one beverage with the meal (a low-alcohol or non-alcoholic drink), as well as coffee/tea and dessert.
