CyberSecLab
CyberSecLab focuses on researching cybersecurity-related techniques that enable one to respond to various sorts of cyberthreats and cyberattacks. Known and potential cyberthreats, security of critical infrastructure, and among other things, threats against IoT devices and networks are researched in the laboratory.
Aiming to respond to cyberthreats
The modern networked society's activities are based on functionality of various information systems and information networks. Even minor disturbances can cause substantial problems, for example for logistics, financial systems, and security of society.
CyberSecLab with its cybersecurity research focuses on enhancing the security of internet and digital devices, improvement of overall safety of Finnish society, and to study how to respond to various cyberthreats including for example threats towards critical infrastructure.
