Innovation Projects with Demola (Internship/project work course)
For over 15 years, Demola has provided university students with the opportunity to participate in innovation projects, creating new concepts for future needs. Interdisciplinary teams are formed by talents who share an interest in the project topic and the opportunity to showcase the kind of world that should exist in the future, especially for companies or cities. Project themes range from sustainable development and business topics to societal and workplace changes, as well as the adoption of new technologies. Teams own the results of their work.
The 8-week process focuses on concrete innovation work, utilizing tools from service design, foresight, and systemic thinking. Creativity, curiosity, and optimistic thinking also develop during the process. Demola's experts assist and mentor international teams throughout the process. The working language in our program is English.
