Do you need help with registration? Are you interested in studying at the open university? The Student Service Desk is here to help you at every stage of your studies, whether you are a degree student or studying at the open university.
You can contact us for any questions about the registration for attendance, study rights, documents related to your studies and open university registration and study fees. We also offer general study guidance, fill in different types of forms related to your studies and update the student register if there are changes to your personal information. In addition, you can turn to us for any technical issues related to Sisu. If we are unable to help you, we will forward your question to the right team.

- by phone +358 29 441 8080 (Mon-Fri 12-15).
- by visiting our service desk at the university library Lähde (room 154) on Tuesdays 10-11 and Thursdays 12-13.
