The Student Service Desk is available all summer
The Student Service Desk offers services for degree students and students in continuous learning, also in summer! Please note, however, that response times may be longer than usual.

The Student Service Desk answers general study-related questions on HelpJYU and by phone throughout the summer.
- Student Service Desk: Contact details and service hours
- Sisu issues: If you need help with a technical issue related to Sisu, the Sisu support team will be there to help you for most of the summer. Contact details for Sisu support team
- New degree students: See the orientation programme and get to know the new student handbook.
- Degree study planning and guidance: Contact the education coordinators on HelpJYU. Please note that response times may be longer than normal due to summer holidays.
