Biography
I am a Professor in the Department of Psychology and the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Education and Psychology. My professorship focuses on well-being and motivation at work. My research examines occupational well-being and its underlying factors through extensive, multi‑wave longitudinal studies across diverse professional groups. In recent years, my work has focused on the intensification of working life and its effects on employees’ working conditions, well-being, and career development. Our ongoing research projects concentrate particularly on healthcare professionals and their careers from the perspective of human sustainability.
