Biography
I am a doctoral researcher at the Department of Psychology, University of Jyväskylä. My research focuses on interactions between brain activity and peripheral physiological processes from the prespective of mental health and psychological well-being. I am particularly interested in how brain–body coupling varies across individuals and states, and in its relevance for well-being.
