You must accept your study place on Studyinfo by 9 July 2026 at 3:00 p.m. UTC+3. Otherwise, you will lose it. You will receive an automated email with a personal link that will direct you to Studyinfo to accept your study place.
After accepting an offer on Studyinfo, you cannot cancel it or change your choice. Please also note that, in Finland, you may accept only one study place leading to a higher education degree in education that begins in the same academic term. Once you have accepted an offer, all other study programmes that you have applied for and that begin in Finland during the autumn term of 2026 will be cancelled automatically. This also includes programmes that were not part of the spring joint application.
If you are liable to pay tuition fees and you have accepted your study place within 14 days after receiving your Letter of Admission, you are eligible for a 1500 EUR Early Bird discount. After accepting your study place, you should request tuition fee payment instructions via our HelpJYU portal (form linked below). If you are entitled to the Early Bird discount, you will receive an Early Bird discount certificate together with the payment instructions.
You will be able to register as a student only after formally accepting your study place and after your admission is no longer conditional.
