The update of Shibboleth IdP should not cause any interruptions for services that are using Haka federation, but the visual appearance and layout of the Haka login page will change.

The student email service will change from Gmail to Outlook gradually during the year 2023. The process will start in May and will be completed by the end of 2023.

From 2022 on the abstracts, posters and presentations published at conferences have been stored in the research information system Converis and the repository JYX.

With the renewal of the University’s website, each staff member will have a contact card on the website, the information of which is automatically updated from the University’s IDM and Converis.
