People have unused potential for better functional capacity when growing old
This year, the University launched a new research profiling area that seeks more comprehensive approaches to foster older people’s functional capacity and recovery from illnesses. Researchers in sport and health sciences and biology have strengthened their collaboration. The research community is led by Professor Taina Rantanen and deputy director is Professor Lotta-Riina Sundberg.
